Manual Divider

This machine is very reliable for dividing dough balls for Arabic bread semi-automatic making, and manakish, lahmacun and pizza pies.

A stainless steel screw to push gently the dough to a nozzle where ab accurate electro-pneumatic system or mechanical wire-cut system to cut the dough into equal & rounded pieces.

The dough weight can be variable from 40 to 200 gr. (special request for bigger dough weight range up to 500gr.).

the body is made of stainless steel tubes and covered with stainless steel sheets.
