Manual Cross Sheeter

Manual cross sheeter very reliable for any kind of flatbread (Arabic bread, pocket pita, flat bread, naan Indian, tannour bread, …) as well as pizza and manakish pies.

The sheeting process is half-automated.

The dough thickness can be adjusted easily between 1 to 8 mm (possible to give bigger thickness range upon costumer request).

The dough diameter can be adjusted from 10 to 38 cm (bigger diameter possible for special request).

The sheeting rollers are made of hard chrome, and possibility of Teflon coating for sticky dough.

The body is made completely of stainless steel.
