Compact Lebanese Arabic Bread Line

Farhat compact Lebanese, Arabic, Syrian & Shawarma pita bread production lines are the ideal choice for small to medium Bakeries, supermarkets, hypermarket and food shops, that have a small space and production capacity less than 7,500 breads per hour.

The production capacity is between variable from 800 up to 7,000 pieces of pita/hour, depending on the line model:

– Compact single double row pita bread automatic line with production capacity between 800 to 2000 pieces/hour.

– Compact 2 rows pita bread automatic line with production capacity between 2000 to 3000 pieces/hour.

– Compact 3 rows pita bread automatic line with production capacity between 3000 to 5000 pieces/hour

– Compact 4 rows pita bread automatic line with production capacity between 5000 to 7,500 pieces/hour.

The Pita bread diameter can be adjusted between 14 to 25 cm, 14 to 28cm, 14 to 32cm, or 14 to 38cm; depending on the line effective baking width which is 60cm, 80cm 90cm, 100cm or 110cm and how many rows per line.

The dough thickness is adjustable from 0.9 to 2mm.

This line consists of dough divider, first belts proofer, cross sheeter flattener, cascade belts second proofer, tunnel oven and cooling conveyors.

Optional can be added feeding dosing dough hopper, damaged dough selector, bread counter counter and bread bagger for packaging.
