Shipping Policy
If the item is damaged/lost during shipping/delivery, Studio Tuut is not responsible for any inflicted damages and will not send a replacement, nor offer a refund. Studio Tuut is not responsible for any shipping or delivery related issues if the order is placed through the Loubnany platform.
Refund Policy
The customer is eligible for a refund under these circumstances:
- Studio tuut failed to send out the order to the customer.
- Studio Tuut delivered/shipped a defected/damaged item to the customer.
Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy
The customer may cancel their order and get a refund, only before the item is dropped off at the specified location, or picked up from the Studio Tuut warehouse. If the item is damaged/lost during shipping/delivery, Studio Tuut is not responsible for any inflicted damages and will not send a replacement, nor offer a refund. If the item was damaged before shipping/delivery, the customer may exchange/return the item, and will not pay additional shipping/delivery fees. If the item is damaged after it was received by the customer, Studio Tuut is not responsible for any inflicted damages and will not send a replacement, nor offer a refund. If Studio Tuut sends out a kit with a missing item, we will deliver/ship that missing item to the customer, with no additional shipping/delivery fees.
