- Saj Nomade ships with UPS.
- Shipped items should be received between 3 to 14 business days after order. If not please email us [email protected] , or track your order with UPS https://www.ups.com/lb/en/services/tracking/information.page
- Shipping rates are subject to change depending on fuel prices.
- Shipping fees are dependent on the customer's location.
- The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes the package is subject to upon arrival.
- If the item is damaged/lost during shipping/delivery, Saj Nomade is not responsible for any inflicted damages and will not send a replacement, nor offer a refund.

The customer is eligible for a refund under these circumstances: 1- Saj Nomade failed to provide the item to the delivery/shipping company. 2- Saj Nomade sent out a defected/damaged item to delivery/shipping company.Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy

- The customer may cancel their order and get a refund, only before the item is dropped off at shipping/picked up by delivery company.
- If the item is damaged/lost during shipping/delivery, Saj Nomade is not responsible for any inflicted damages and will not send a replacement, nor offer a refund.
- If the item was damaged before shipping/delivery, the customer may exchange/return the item, and will not pay additional shipping/delivery fees.
- If the item is damaged after it was received by the customer, Saj Nomade is not responsible for any inflicted damages and will not send a replacement, nor offer a refund.
- If Saj Nomade sends out a kit with a missing item, we will deliver/ship that missing item to the customer, with no additional shipping/delivery fees.
