A childhood hobby turned into a professional career in the midst of the COVID pandemic for Jamal Almwai.
Like many other creative Lebanese, he found in the solace and peace of involuntary confinement a reason to probe deep into his inner creativity. Little did he know that a fountain of talent was lying dormant, waiting to be awakened.
Focusing mostly on realistic art, Jamal uses all media, from acrylic to water to pastels. He aims to emulate real-life photography with every stroke.
