Drgnfly was a brand created during quarantine. I had started tie dying for fun in early May. I started by using home products like food dye to dye my already existing clothes. One afternoon, as I was tie dying. I decided to turn it into a business which has been my dream!
Starting our tie dye business was hard! We started by testing out different ways to dye our clothes, different dyes, and different t-shirt manufacturers. In the end, we found the perfect dye from abroad and a manufacturer here in Lebanon!
Our tie dye process is a long one! First we start off by ordering our items from our supplier. We then wash our clothes, and start twisting them in different ways. Now we finally start dying our clothes. Next we would leave our clothes to set for 24h, microwave them, rinse them by hand, and finally rinse them in the machine. We then iron them, and hand sew on our labels! After they’re packaged they’re ready to be sent out!
You should consider buying from our tie dye brand because we use 100% cotton based items. Our products are all hand made. All our supplies are purchased from Lebanon (aside from our dye) therefor by supporting us, you would be supporting multiple other businesses! We are an ethical business, by supporting us, you can help stop fast fashion! Also, any item purchased from the Lebanon collection, proceeds will be donated to Animals Lebanon to help aid them after the Beirut blast.
