Lebanese Arabic Bread Tunnel oven
Automatic open flame baking tunnel oven, specially designed with tunnel of interlocked bricks from inside and an open top direct fire burner for direct flame to bake the amazing thin Lebanese, Syrian, Arabic pita bread as well as some other kind of flatbread simply by adding some premix gas ribbon pipes burners from bottom under baking steel band.
The steel used inside the baking chamber and the baking plates are special heat resisting steel imported from Sweden
The Italian roller chain used for baking band is a special treated chain to resist up to 600 degree Celsius.
This unit is highly insulated to reduce energy consumption, and it works either on LPG, natural Gas or light fuel diesel.
The temperature inside can reach more than 800 degree Celsius.
The baking time is adjustable from 5 to 30 seconds.
