Flexographic Printing Inks

Flexography is mainly used in the packaging industry, producing high quality impressions with a simple printing process. Best used for printing on: corrugated containers, folding cartons, multiwall sacks, paper sacks, plastic bags, milk and beverage packs, disposable cups and containers, labels, adhesive tapes, envelopes, wrappers (candy and food), and others. Also Known as: Industrial semi-finished films.

Solvent Base 

Flexo Gloss

  • High Gloss surface printing ink for polyethylene, polypropylene and paper.
  • Application: Surface Printing. Printing Material:
  • Polyethylene, polypropylene & paper

Flexo Rothane – Flexo Rothane/L

  • Nitrocellulose (NC) base series for lamination and surface printing on polyethylene, polypropylene and paper.
  • Application: Lamination & Surface printing.
  • Printing Material: Polyethylene, polypropylene & paper

Flexocryl

  • Surface/reverse printing series for shrink and twist polyvinyl chloride film (PVC).
  • Advantage: Flexibility for shrink & twist
  • Printing Material: Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)

Flexoester – Flexoester/L

  • Reverse printing Series for polyester and polyamide with high lamination bond strength.
  • Advantage: high lamination bond strength.
  • Printing Material: Polyester & polyamide.

Flexomide

  • Polyamide base inks for surface printing on polyethylene, polypropylene, paper and metallized substrates.
  • Application: Surface printing.
  • Printing Material: polyethylene, polypropylene, paper & metalized substrates.
