The traditional saj has been long overdue for a makeover. Designed to mend home-sick hearts, its nostalgic, playful and witty archetype not only feeds the stomach, but also the soul. The kit contains 4 main elements:
- The mini saj, used on your kitchen stovetop.
- The travel pouch, which inverts into a “tara” or “kara”, a traditional pillow used to spread the dough.
- The handle which doubles as a spatula.
