Industrial Lebanese Arabic Bread Line
Farhat Industrial Lebanese, Arabic, Syrian & Shawarma pita bread production lines are the ideal choice for medium, large & industrial Bakeries that have a minimum space of 140 m2 and above.
The production capacity of these pita bread automatic production lines is between variable from 4000 up 13,500 pieces of pita/hour, depending on the line model:
– 2 rows pita bread line with production capacity between 3000 to 6000 pieces/hour.
– 3 rows pita bread line with production capacity between 6000 to 9000 pieces/hour
– 4 rows pita bread line with production capacity between 8000 to 13,500 pieces/hour.
The Pita bread diameter can be adjusted between 14 to 25 cm, 14 to 28cm, 14 to 32cm, or 14 to 38cm; depending on the line effective width 60cm, 80cm 90cm, 100cm or 110cm and how many rows per line.
The dough thickness is adjustable from 0.9 to 2mm.
This line consists of dough divider, first belts proofer, cross sheeter flattener, cascade belts second proofer, tunnel oven and cooling conveyors.
Optional can be added feeding dosing dough hopper, damaged dough selector, bread counter counter and bread bagger for packaging.
