FARHAT Mini Pocket pita, Greek Souvlaki and Cypriot pitta bread automatic production line is an ideal choice for supermarkets, hotels, NGO, restaurants, falafel & shawarma snack shops, mobile bakeries, shopping malls, organizations, ect…within an installation area of less than 30 square meter, it can produces between 300 to 600 loaves/hour for a single row line, and between 500 to 1000 loaves/hour for a double rows line.
As optional it can be also manufactured with higher production as custom made according to customer requirements.
An extention belt conveyor for topping can be added to the line for production of pizza base, thyme & cheese manakish pies, oriental pies, Armenian & turkish lahmajun or meat pies.
As optional to produce one layer flatbread a bypass can be added to skip proofing stage after dough sheeting with a dough docker.
