Dough Divider Rounder
Farhat dough dividers and rounders are suitable for working different types of dough for both pizza and bread.This Machine can be used for Soft Dough and Hard Dough.
It can divide the entire mass of dough into equal pieces of rounded shape dough for Pizza, Tortilla, Manakish, Tin Toast, Pain De Mie, Hamburgers Buns, Hot Dog Buns, Flatbread, Turkish Pies, Lahmacun and Pocket Pitta; and without altering the characteristics of the product.
This machine has an integrated dough weight adjustment from 30 to 150gr; but it can also be customized to divide up to 700gr.
The machine can be combined with automatic production lines for different type of bread. The divider can be supplied without the rounder.
