Kammouneh spices are also known as kibbeh spices and are a staple in the cuisine of Southern lebanon, often used to give an earthy savoury taste to meat, potato and vegetables.
Ingredients: Cumin, cinnamon, sweet white pepper, sweet hot pepper, rose, marjoram, dried mint, nutmeg, dried chili, coarse sea salt.
