Lebanese Appetizers Company, LAC is a state of the art factory located in Lebanon. The factory started its operation in the second half of 2013. The main purpose of launching LAMESA was to cater an Authentic Lebanese experience, for not only the Lebanese diaspora but also for the lovers of Lebanese cuisine all around the world; thus making it accessible to them at all times. LAMESA offers a diversified range of products for both the retail (Hypermarkets / Supermarkets/ Petrol Stations / Groceries) and food service segments. The final products are delivered in attractive packaging designs to convey the traditional Lebanese taste making LAMESA your partner at Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Unplanned events. On November 2018, LAC proudly became the first food factory in Lebanon to be certified ISO 22000 version 2018. LAC offers as well private label services in addition to product customization as per the client’s need. Thus, 2019 was marked as a very special milestone, when LAC’s R&D department was able to shape innovative Lebanese Frozen Ready Meals range of products especially for the French / European market. The new range is distinguished by being Vegetable Based, Healthy and Convenient.
