Description
Grape leaves are used in a variety of cuisines, including the Mediterranean, Balkans, and Middle East. They can be obtained fresh or preserved in jars or cans. Grape leaves can be stuffed with mixtures of meat and rice to produce a traditional Lebanese dish called “waraa enab”, or cut into smaller pieces and used as a savory addition to soups.
