Ghazal by Najwa
Ghazal by Najwa started as a business in March 2022 with a passion to integrate some of our culture in each bag we produce. Najwa Chehab found in calligraphy a good way to do so. The selling point is to deliver the clients’ message or name beautifully as part of the bag, with each going through four main stages:
- Design in which the client gets a visual of what to expect and how her custom bag will look like
- Production: where we go from paper to fabric
- Finishing: which involves the transition to embroidery or beading
- Quality control: which goes into the cleanliness of every knit before we go off to market.
We do not believe in the “no exchange on refund” policy. As such, the client always has the final say as to whether was up to expectations. Any changes can be fixed ASAP, and any bag can be fully refunded or exchanged.
