Stacker Counter Machine
Designed by Farhat to automate the counting and stacking of flatbread, tortilla, pitta bread and pizza crusts, prior feeding to a packaging machine.
The capacity of the basic machine is around 3000 units/h per lane.
The bread shape can be round, oval or rectangular.
The stack quantity can easily be selected from the touch screen display as well as the size of the stacking compartment adjusted according to the product dimensions.
Typically flatbread is conveyed to Farhat stacker counter from the cooling conveyors.
This system is available with custom infeed and exit conveyors. Regardless of your packaging requirements or upstream processing equipment, Farhat can offer a fully integrated solution.
Farhat Counter/Stacker can be equipped with pneumatic pistons for stacking the required flatbread quantity, or for more faster and accurate application a high-speed servo-motor can be integrated.
