- The First to introduce the Spider System Structure in Lebanon (Les Dunes Shopping Mall-Verdun)
- The First to build and a three dimensionally curved glass entrance spider canopy (Underground Car Park – Solidere)
- The First to build the tallest (50 m) in Lebanon double glazed suspended Spider curtain wall (Metropolitan Hotel – Sin el Fil)
